She has been working in scholarly publishing since 2018, providing editorial and production support for customers with high-volume, high-quality workflows in several STEM fields. Proficient as a user and administrator of ScholarOne, Editorial Manager, and eJournalPress manuscript systems, Clarissa has extensive experience with increasing the efficiency of the peer review process. Clarissa has earned a B.Mus from Boston University and an MFA in Creative Writing from North Carolina State University. She has presented her scholarly work at conferences in the humanities and has also published several short stories.
