She also helps convert market prospects into leads and ultimately sales for KWF clients. Annette’s areas of expertise include lead generation and cultivation, market seeding, online product demonstration webinars, in-depth interviews, data mining and analysis, and quantitative and qualitative market research. Prior to joining KWF, Annette worked for many years as a registered nurse and in healthcare documentation. She received her BSN degree from Grand Valley State University in Michigan.
